Photo of the Day: The Perils of Ice Climbing!

Now this is an amazing photo. It was shot by Hermann Erber, and Austrian photographer, who has many other great shots on his website. In this particular photo, we’ve got two ice climbers going up a frozen water fall, while not far off to their right you can see part of that same waterfall collapsing. Scary stuff. I’m not sure I’d be able to get down fast enough, and I’m also pretty sure that a change of undergarments may be required when I did get down.
