Last week we all watched in awe as Chris Waddell became the first paraplegic climber to summit Kilimanjaro. The amazing athlete used a specially designed buggy that he peddled with his hands to pull himself up the 19,340 foot Kili. Since that time, Chirs has updated his blog with some good insights into what it was like for him to go up the mountain and how he felt afterwards.
