Paraplegic climber Erica Davis and partner Tara Butcher, a below-the-knee amputee, along with their support team, have successfully climbed Kilimanjaro. The pair were climbing to raise awareness of those with physical disabilities by demonstrating what is possible, despite significant challenges.
The entire climb, dubbed the Through the Roof Expedition, was filmed, and a documentary will be making the rounds later this year. You can find a teaser for the film below, and watch for more to come down the line.
