Speaking of cool videos, check out this one that comes to us courtesy of the Wend Blog. It was made by Forrest and Amy McCarthy, who were headed into Wyoming’s remote backcountry to visit a peak that remains unnamed and is simply known as “13,198”.
While the mountain is a simple walk-up, with no real technical skills necessary, it is still pretty cool adventure into some true wilderness. This looks like it was a great hike, and a nice climb too, with a good view from the top. What more could we ask for?

Thankfully, I don't see where they make a claim about a first ascent. Almost certainly it was not. Still looks like a nice adventure.
You're right Clyde. For some reason I was associating "Unnamed" with "Unclimbed." My mistake and I'll update the story.
You're also right that this looks like a fun adventure.
Although I also wrote recently about the wonderful adventures we may have to heights and places 'Unnamed'…
These can be very special journeys out there. I think you are tapping into something here Kraig.

Sorry Kraig, I also wanted to leave the date of that 'Unnnamed' post of mine which was July 27th.
Wow, that was so cool, good for you that you were able to climb for the first time an unclimbed mountain. You must be feeling really good, because that was a great accomplishment. Keep up the good work.
