I’ve posted some Wingsuit videos before, and they never fail to amaze. The one below is certainly no exception, even if you only catch the first four or five seconds. That small segment of video is enough to give you a true sense of speed that these flying daredevils travel at. The remaining four plus minutes are simply icing on the cake. Enjoy!

I was thinking about writing a post about wingsuit training…though, most schools are in Europe.
I would love to try that myself, but for now, I think I'll try paragliding first…it's cheaper and easier to learn
It amazes me that they can fly so close to the mountainside and over tree tops without crashing.
Paul: I think I like the *idea* of a wingsuit more than I do the actual thought of using one. You're right, it's not something you just head out the door and start using. Still looks like a blast though!
Daniel: I agree! Pretty scary how close they get, but amazing too. The guys in this video are clearly well trained in how to use the suit.
