I’m not a big fan of infographics. Sure, they’re colorful and interesting, but sometimes they over simplify things and on top of that they run down the entire length of the blog page, making things look a bit awkward for readers. But this infographic was too much fun to pass up, especially since The Walking Dead returns this weekend.
REI has posted 13 Essential Tools for Surviving a Zombie Outbreak, with some tips on all the right gear, which they’re happy to sell you, to have with you when the apocalypse begins. The infographic tells you how to neutralize a zombie using a cast-iron skillet, how to use a mirror to signal for rescue and much, much more. I’ve snipped the graphic down a bit to fit on this page, but click here to see it in all of its full-size glory.

I agree on reading I Am Legend. Much better than the movie.
