If you’re looking for a little motivation to get in some running this weekend, be sure to check out this beautiful short film. It features mountain runner Sarah Ridgway hitting the trails in Northern Wales. The scenery looks absolutely stunning and I’d love to run where Sarah does. Listening to how she describes the impact of running on her life sounded very familiar to me. I can definitely relate to what she is saying. Watching this has me ready to hit some trails this weekend. Can’t wait to throw my shoes on and leave everything else behind.
