A new video series made its debut on the web last week and it already looks like one that you won’t want to miss. It comes to us by group of travelers who call themselves the Modern Gypsies and the aim of the series is to inspire others to explore both themselves and the world around us, while also taking actions to make it a better place.
The Gypsies consist of Taylor Filasky, Eric Bach and John Post. If those names sound familiar, it is because they competed in – and handily won – the ABC television show Expedition Impossible that aired a couple of years back. On that show, the trio showed their adventurous spirit and open approach to travel many times and they bring that same level of passion to this new web series too.
Their adventure begins with their arrival in Ecuador in Episode 1, which you’ll find below. From there, they Gypsies plan to summit the 19,347 ft (5897 meter) Cotapaxi, a massive stratovolcano located in the Andes. They’ll also be working on a clean water project in conjunction with the Free the Children organization, an non-proft that the trio hopes to raise funds to support.
Based on Episode 1, this look like a promising new web show to watch. I hope you enjoy it!
