It is Wednesday once again, which means its time for another travel tip courtesy of TravelSmith and Richard Bangs. Last week, Richard gave us advice for thwarting thieves on the road, and this time out he has some tips for avoiding a new kind of theft – RFID information. RFID stands for radio frequency identification, and it is a technology that continues to grow in popularity, as it allows us to use things like credit cards simply by tapping them on an RFID reader. Those signals can be intercepted however, leaving your account vulnerable. Richard provides some good suggestions on how to keep that from happening.
