One of the more insane urban mountain bike races that takes part on an annual basis is held in Valparaiso, Chile where pro-riders race through the streets on a narrow course that includes stairs, ramps, banks, and other obstacles that have to be seen to be believed. The video below was shot on that wild course over the past weekend, and gives viewers a very intense view of what it is like to ride Ā this event. The narrow route looks difficult enough, but when you add in screaming fans just a few feet away, it gets even more intense. This is one mountain biking route Iām more than happy to watch on video and not try to ride myself. Crazy stuff!
