Finland is approaching the 100th anniversary of its independence, and neighboring Norway has come up with an idea for a unique birthday present – a mountain. Yep, that’s right. Norway wants to give Finland Halti Peak – a 1365 meter (4478 ft) mountain that would become the Fins’ highest point. But how exactly does one country give another a mountain?
