We’ll continue with the theme of Alaskan wildlife in our videos for the day, this time capturing perhaps an even rarer site than an eagle stealing a GoPro. In this clip we follow a mama grizzly bear as she swims across Lake Aleknagik in Wood Tikchick State Park with two cubs on her back. As the video point outs, grizzlies are excellent swimmers, but it is rare indeed to see them carrying their cubs in this manner.
