In the fall of 2017, Kilian Jornet turned 30. It was about then that he realized some of the old nagging injuries he had picked up throughout his career could come back to start haunting him. Age is the great equalizer after all. But, Jornet isn’t ready to start slowing down just yet, and in this video we’ll see how he trains to overcome those issues and maintain his impossibly high level of performance. For those of us who have left the age of 30 well in our past, it is nice to know there is some hope out there.
