It takes a special breed of person to be able combat forest fires in remote places, but even more so if that person is a woman. Less than 10% of firefighters are female, but they are just as tough, determined, and dedicated as their male counterparts. In this video, brought to us by REI, we meet some of these inspiring ladies and see them go to work in the field. It is impressive stuff and they are paving the way for more women to join their ranks in the future.
