There once was a time when drone footage in a video was unique, instructing, and exciting. Today however, everyone and their brother (myself included!) owns a drone of some sort and uses it to capture aerial shots, for good or ill. It has gotten to the point where videos without drone footage have become a bit unique and surprising, although it is also clear that not everyone knows how to use these tools effectively. That isn’t the case with this clip, which is a highlight reel of aerial shorts that stunning to look at, in part because the locations are beautiful, but also because the filmmaker knows how to use the technology effectively. Whether you’re a drone pilot yourself or just enjoy great landscapes, chances are you’ll dig this short but sweet video.
