Adventurer Colin O’Brady showed up on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast yesterday to discuss his recent crossing of Antarctica. In the interview, a portion of which is found above, he talks about the expedition, what’s it like to drag a heavy sled across the frozen continent, and how he managed the journey completely alone. What he doesn’t talk about is the controversy that surrounded his traverse and what defines a supported vs. unsupported expedition, which was part of the discussion afterwards. The interview is worth a listen if you want to know more about how O’Brady trained and prepared for the Antarctic, although be warned, there is some adult language throughout the clip. If you’re easily offended, Rogan may get under your skin.
