At the start of another month here at The Adventure Blog I wanted to take the opportunity to send another big “Thank You” out to my current site sponsor Korkers. The company not only makes excellent cleats that you can add to your existing shoes and boots for extra traction in the winter, it also makes fantastic boots for use on snow and ice and while fishing too. I’m happy and proud to have them sponsor the site, but even if they hadn’t I’d still recommend their products for those who venture outdoors in the winter.
Recently, Korkers sent me a pair of their Ice Walker cleats to test and review. We’re not too far away from spring where I live, so I’m not sure I’ll get a chance to fully test them before the change in season arrive. If I do, I’ll be posting a full review in the next week or two, but I can tell you already that I’m impressed with their build quality and ease of use. The integrated Boa lacing system makes them incredibly easy to get on and off and the product feels very substantial in you hand. Whether or not I get some snow and ice to test them on remains to be seen, but so far they look like a great addition to my gear closet.
If you’re a regular reader of The Adventure Blog and like the content that is shared here regularly, then do me a favor and click on the banner above to head over to the Korker’s website. Whether you’re a runner, hikers, or just someone who walks regularly during the winter, you’ll find something to help keep you safer and more secure in the icy conditions.
Thanks!
