Wednesday means that another episode of The Adventure Podcast is available to download and listen to. On this week’s episode we offer another edition of our very popular “Adventure Badass” series, this time sharing the exploits of Swiss explorer Mike Horn. His epic expeditions have earned him the moniker of “the world’s greatest living explorer,” which is hard to argue with when you consider everything that he has accomplished. Best of all, he’s not done yet with more big adventures yet to come.
Before delving deep into Horn’s resume my co-host Dave Adlard and I share the latest in Adventure News. We have an update from the winter expeditions to K2, an intriguing story from the Iditarod, and take look at what might be the most ambitious mountaineering project of all time. As usual, we wrap up the show with some gear news and recommendations, with Dave bringing a belt that includes some hand tools, while I take a look at the latest ebike from Yamaha.
You’ll find the latest episode embedded in this post below, but you can also subscribe and listen on Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Sticher, and Spotify as well. As always, we really appreciate you tuning in to hear what we’re talking about each week. If you have thoughts, feedback, or questions they can be sent our way via our Facebook page, Twitter, or email. Enjoy the episode and see you next week!
