This video may be coming a bit late in the season, but better late than never right? It comes our way courtesy of the team at REI and provides some basic instructions on how to start skiing. Those instructions are provided by Robin Barnes, a member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America, and provide some handy tips and information to know before you hit the slopes. Whether or not learning to ski via a video is a good idea or not is certainly open for debate, but if you’re a beginner chances are you’ll pick up a few good pointers here nonetheless.
