Ecologist’s Path to the Outdoors: We all find our own paths that lead to our love of the outdoors. For biologist Caitlin Davis, it started when she was young and living in a big city. Looking out the window she could see the wilderness in the distance, but rarely had the chance to visit it.
When she was in college, she took her first backpacking trip to the mountains and it changed her life forever. Now, she lives in Idaho and studies golden eagles for living, often rappelling down rocky cliffs to reach their nests. How did she get here? This wonderful video from Osprey Packs takes us along on her journey.
