This past March, the Adventure Racing World Series held its first event in India with the launch of the Expedition India race. By all accounts, it was a highly successful venture, but it wasn’t clear just how amazing this event was until I saw this video. As you can imagine, India is the perfect place to hold an adventure race, especially one that is 450 km (280 miles) in length and encompasses trekking, paddling, and mountain biking across a spectacular course. More than 20 teams showed up to compete in the event and judging from the clips above, they got all of the adventure they could as for and then some. This is a fantastic AR video with some epic scenery. If you’re a fan of the sport, be sure to watch it.
