A couple of years back I shared a wonderful video of a couple that got closer to one another by learning to mountain bike together. The idea was that if they shared some adventures they would bond more tightly as well. That idea seems to have worked, because fast-forward two years and Graham and Shannon are not only still together, they’re going on even bigger journeys with one another. In this video, we rejoin the couple as they set out on a ten-day backpacking excursion to Aniakchak National Monument and Preserve in Alaska. Along the way, they face all kinds of challenges, including bad weather and difficult terrain. It’s all good though, because through it all, they still have each other.
