This video is from a couple of years back, but I’ve only just discovered it. The short documentary takes us to a remote region of Nepal, where the members of the Kulung culture have risked their lives to collect wild honey amongst dense forests and rock cliff faces. But now, their way of life is changing and things are different. The film documents one of the last journeys of a man who led the honey harvest and now sees his world changing around him.
