It’s mid-week and we can all probably use a dose of inspiration to see us through to Friday. Today, that inspiration comes in the form of endurance athlete Rhonda-Marie Avery, who takes part in ultramarathons and has even run 314 miles (505 km) across the state of Tennessee here in the U.S. What separates Rhonda-Marie from most of the other ultrarunners out there is that she also happens to be legally blind, having just 8% of her total vision. Still, that hasn’t been a barrier that has stopped her from chasing her goals. What’s your excuse?
