We all know that getting outside, going for hikes, riding our bikes, and staying active can be good for our health. But, there is a healing power that comes with a good adventure that can’t always be quantified. That’s the message we get in this video, which introduces us to Eleanor Maynard and her dad. At just seven years old, Eleanor has been diagnosed with cancer, which obviously brings serious challenges to her health. But she and her dad have taken up bikepacking in order to get outdoors more and put a dose of adventure back into their lives. The impact on them has been astounding and inspiring.
