As someone who runs on an almost daily basis, I often get questions about why I enjoy the sport so much. It is often hard to put into words exactly what running does for me, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. This video does a great job of conveying the highs and lows that come along with running, which is not an easy activity to get into, but can provide many rewards.
