The hiking and backpacking community along the Appalachian Trail is a supportive and inspiring bunch. Many individuals go to great lengths to help others who are hiking the AT, even when they aren’t making that trek themselves.
Case in point, this video introduces us to a crew that dedicates part of its time each week hauling food and other supplies to restock a series of huts located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
This 50-mile (80 km) stretch of the route is a popular one, but it can get lonely and difficult at times too. Through their efforts however, these hikers are helping to make it easier on their brethren by providing a bit of trail magic along the way.
