One of the more impressive and stunning expedition accomplishments from the past few years was Hilaree Nelson and Jim Morrison’s summit and ski descent of Lhotse back in 2018. It was the firs time that anyone had skied the so-called “Dream Line” in its entirety, and as you can probably imagine it was quite a challenging adventure.
Yesterday, The North Face set up a live Q&A session with Hilaree and Jim, giving fans a chance to connect with them and hear first hand how that expedition went down. This video share that season, which is insightful, funny, and very interesting. If you want to know what it’s like to climb and ski big peaks in the Himalaya, these two can certainly offer some insights on the subject.
