One of the most common questions that runners ask is “how often should I replace my shoes?” Conventional wisdom says that we should replace them about every 300-500 miles (480-800 km). Of course, there are a number of variables that go into determining exactly which number works best for you and different brands and models of shoes will vary as well. In this video, we get some good information on the telltale signs that your shoes may be worn out, indicating it is time to go shopping once again.
