Horseback Across Mongolia: It’s no secret that Mongolia is one of my favorite places on the planet. I had the opportunity to explore that country on horseback a few years ago and loved every minute of it. It is defintielyone of the places that I would most like to go back to again in the future.
Although that isn’t possible at the moment, this video did bring back a few memories. In it, we join an intrepid young lady as she sets out on a seven day solo journey through the Mongolian wilderness on horse.
Along the way she discovered all of the things that make this such a wonderful place to travel, including stunning scenery, wide open spaces, and some of the most accommodating people you could ever hope to meet. So sit back, get comfortable in your own saddle, and get ready for a grand adventure. We could all use one of those about now.
