On April 6, 2011, backcountry skier Roger Strong was making his way along one of his favorite routes when an avalanche swept him and two friends down the mountain. The three men survived the ordeal, but were left badly injured, leaving Roger to consider his life choices and where he wanted to be moving forward. A year later he returned to the spot of the accident, which is chronicled in the short film Strong, which you can view below. In it, Roger shares some thoughts and insights on how this life altering event has changes his perspective and approach to the pursuit of his passions.
