Ok, I just had to share this picture that I found while browsing PaddlingLife.com. Simply amazing!
The picture is from the Rio Claro River in Chile and was taken by Chris Korbulic, and more pictures can be found here.

Wow wat a pic! simply amazing.
And hey, just check this out celebrity dog owners
Yeah, it is an amazing picture. It almost looks like they are riding in a naturally made water park.
As for the celebrity dog owners. I’m not interested unless they’ve summitted at least one of the Seven Summits. 😉 (Just kidding!)
Wow, incredible photos. I’ve only done whitewater kayaking once a few years ago, but it was a blast. Definitely want to do it again this year.
A company out of Richmond, VA does 2 day courses on the James River. I may do one of those courses sometime this year.
It certainly isn’t Chile, or even the New River Gorge, but Richmond is the only city in the United States with Class IV whitewater within city limits.
Really? Inside the city limits? Awesome! No need to drive hours just to get to the put in.
I’d love to try out that new man-made white water park that they opened in North Carolina as well. That would be a blast. A water park for kayakers!
Yea, the whitewater center in Charlotte is another place I want to checkout. It’s a 6 hour drive from where I am in Virginia, could go on a long weekend.
Six hours isn’t bad at all. That would make for an excellent weekend get away. Looks like it would be a complete blast, and a great place to safely work on some white water skills.
