Mountain Hardware Giving Away Pack-A-Day In August

PackAday logo
Mountain Hardwear is about to launch their Pack-A-Day Give Away in which they’ll be handing out free packs every day for the month of August.

Once the contest kicks off, we’ll all be able to go to this page and fill out a simple form each day, and then be entered to win a “rugged urban backpack”. Winners will have their choice of the Paladin, Guardian, Defender, Sentinel, or the Natural 22 packs, the last of which won’t be available to the rest of us until next Spring.

I’m a big fan of Mountain Hardwear gear. They really make excellent, high quality stuff. On top of that, I’m also a big fan of packs of all kinds, and seeing as how my “urban pack” is getting a bit long in the tooth and showing it’s age, this seems like the perfect contest for me. Guess I’ll have to drop by everyday in August and try to win one of these.

  1. I would just like to add that anyone who signs up for this contest, by seeing it through The Adventure Blog, has a really good chance of winning–

For instance-last month Kraig wrote about the free SPOT Satellite Messenger give-a-way. I left this site, went over and signed up, then next thing you know I was a winner.

The GearCrave blog actually gave four of these babies away and two of the winners are were referred by this site.

I am going to see if the good luck string continues–I will be signig up daily.

By the way, Kraig, I got my SPOT in the mail yesterday-all is good;)

  2. Glad to hear you got your SPOT Jason. Mine is still in the box. I’ll probably wait to activate it for the next trip I take, but it’s an excellent gadget.

And I’m hoping to get one of these Mountain Hardwear packs for myself as well. The only thing better than new gear, is free gear! 🙂

  3. Is anyone else not able to get the link to come up? I bookmarked it yesterday and it was fine, today I’m having no such luck.

  4. Hmm… no luck here either. Perhaps they’re reconfiguring things to bring it online later in the day. I’ll keep an eye out for it, as I intended to post a reminder on the giveaway today anyway.
