Yesterday I posted a story about an amazing little spider that could spin gigantic webs. Today I have a video that further proves just how fantastic nature truly is. The video was shot by two filmmakers, Liberty Smith and Sophia Windsor Clive, who were paddling one day when they came across a flock, or murmuration, of starlings. They then proceeded to capture images of those birds as they did an intricate dance across the sky that has to be seen to be believed. It is a beautiful and rare thing, making this quite a treat.

Wow! How beautiful – did you know you might see them there when you went?! I love what happens when they converge into shapes in the sky. It had me thinking of ink drawings done by stippling.
