Our friends at REI have been killing it on their YouTube channel lately, offering up a string of great videos for new trail runners. The clips are filled with advice on how to get started, what food to eat before a run, how to pick your shoes, and so on. In this clip, which I thought was particularly useful, they discuss what you should bring with you on a long trail run.
