Bikepacking’s continued rise in popularity has made it an intriguing form of travel in just about every corner of the globe. Case in point, in this video we join two German riders as they set out to complete the entire length of the Trans Germany Trail, a 1000-mile (1600 km) route that passes through some spectacular wilderness along the way. The route has a little of everything, from road, to gravel, to technical trail as riders travers from the southwest to the northeast of Germany. And while non-German speakers will need to have subtitles on to get the entire gist of the story, it’s well worth a look.
