A week may not seem like a lot of time, but when you put your mind to it, you can accomplish quite a lot in that period. Take triathlete Courtney Atkinson, who recently set out to see what he could accomplish in Australia in just seven days. He ended up traveling more than 17,000 km (10,561 miles), driving 42 hours, and logging 12 separate flights. What did he get for his efforts? The chance to run eight of the toughest trails that Australia has to offer in all seven states and territories. The video above is actually a short documentary that takes us along for the ride and it is brilliant adventure to say the least.
