At Last! Video of the 186-Foot Kayak Drop!

We’ve been waiting patiently for this ever since it was announced back on April 22nd that kayaker Tyler Bradt ran the 186-foot Palouse Falls in Washington State, and here it is at last. The amazing video of Tyler going over the falls being enveloped by the water, then popping up below, broken paddle in hand. Great stuff and very scary! My stomach dropped just watching it. Beware: If you have a pacemaker or a weak heart, you may not want to watch this!

  1. That is as big a step from 127ft as my 101 ft falls was from the previous record of about 45 feet. Hell… it’s a bigger step because there is something so overwhelming about what nearly 200ft represents.

My gosh… that’s incredible. Well done. Hats off for sure.

  2. Yep, the video is pretty incredible. Amazing stuff, but you have to wonder where it’s all going to end.
